...it's ours! Break out the margaritas, now we have two things to celebrate on cinco de mayo! We dropped Sophia off early at school and went to the bank where: Max and I, the two owners, 2 people from the real estate agency, 2 from the bank and 2 from the notary office (real estate lawyer), ( plus Vivienne), listened to boring legal papers (hundreds of them) being read, signed, resigned, initialed, initialed again, but this time holding the pen in our left hand jumping up and down on one foot while singing the Italian national anthem. Okay, just kidding, that last part wasn't true, but it would have made things a hell of a lot more interesting. It took a couple of hours, so luckily Viv eats the old fashioned way.
